Reasons for power reduction of generator set:
1. The valve clearance is incorrect. Adjust the valve clearance.
2. Poor fuel quality. Drain the fuel in the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter element. Fill the tank with high-quality fuel.
3. Low fuel pressure. Find out if there is fuel in the tank. Check the fuel supply pipeline between the fuel tank and the fuel transfer pump for leakage or concave bends. Check whether there is air entering the fuel system and whether the fuel control valve is stuck, stuck or invalid. Check the fuel pressure. When the engine is running at full load, the minimum outlet pressure of the fuel transfer pump shall be 415kpa If the fuel pressure is lower than the above pressure, replace the fuel filter element. If the oil pressure is still low, check the fuel.
4. The power setting is too low. Adjust the engine power according to the technical specifications on the engine brand.
5. Carbon deposit on turbocharger. Check the turbocharger and repair it if necessary.
6. Check the intake manifold pressure. Check whether the air filter is blocked.
7. The air filter is blocked.
Solution to insufficient output power of generator set:
1. A three-phase voltage regulator is connected between the generator and the excitation reactor to increase the generator terminal voltage and gradually increase the magnetic potential of the excitation device;
2. Change the phase between the voltage magnetic flux potential of the excitation device and the voltage at the generator end to increase the synthetic total magnetic flux potential. Thousands of ohms and 10W resistors can be connected in parallel at both ends of each phase winding of the reactor;
